14,500 Acres
COAHUILA
14,500 acre ranch of mostly flat to rolling terrain that is well suited for cattle operations. There are large hills located in the center of the ranch with smaller mountains to the East. There are good quality deer on this ranch as reported by the ranch hand. Also an abundance of bob white and blue quail. During normal rainy seasons this ranch can support between 200 and 225 cows. The owners have lowered this to 130 head due to the current drought. This ranch has seven dirt tanks that are holding water at this time. 10 miles of water lines and fifteen water troughs are distributed throughout this ranch. They are gravity filled from five large concrete pilas (storage tanks) located at higher elevations. There are approximately 25 miles of dirt roads. 60% - 70% are in good condition, the other 30% - 40% need work. One home on the ranch is approximately 1200 sq ft. with running water and electricity. There are working cattle pens, squeeze chute and dipping vat used for branding, vaccinating and working cattle.

10,000 Acres
COAHUILA
If you are looking for remote, this is the place. This is a 10,000 acre ranch south of the Rio Grande River in Northern Coahuila. Surrounded by large ranches. Good roads on the ranch and going to it. There are several dirt tanks that are filled with run off rain water. Housing is minimal but existing structures are definitely repairable. We have seen good mule deer on this ranch and lots of quail and dove. This ranch is rolling terrain with very high hills and lots of valley land. Driving time from Piedras Negras is approximately 5.5 hrs. Please call for pricing.

45,000 Acres
COAHUILA
This 45,000 acre ranch has been privately owned by the same family for over fifty years. The mountains range from 2500 to 4200 elevations with large valleys. There are three existing dwellings and one barn. The dwellings would be livable with some minor repairs. Water is collected in several places by small dams and dirt tanks. No water wells exist on this ranch. There is approx. 60 kilometers of existing roads within the ranch and some will need minor work with a motor grader. Abundant quail and dove have been seen on this ranch. Drive time from Piedras Negras is approx. 6.5 hrs.

20,000 Acres
COAHUILA

This 20,000ac Mexican ranch borders the Rio Grande River for approximately 5 miles. It is located in Northern Coahuila Mexico. This ranch is home to bear, lion, turkey, whitetail and mule deer, 70 or more different mammal species, more than 500 plant species, and as many as 400 bird species.
This place is not really a ranch in the strictest sense. It has no infrastructure normally associated with a ranch; it is not fenced or cross-fenced. The wildlife use springs and there is abundant rainfall in these mountains. The property is all mountains and valleys with very minimal access to the property. The owners have never seen the entire ranch by vehicle, only by air. They have never been able to afford to have roads built throughout the property, probably a very good thing.
Mountain peaks should be around 4,000. One valley seen looks as if it would be suitable for an airstrip. This place will be for the adventurous of spirit. This ranch would make the ultimate private get-away that is within 5 hours driving time from the Texas border town of Eagle Pass.

9,500 Acres
COAHUILA
9,500 acres, +/-, A nicely shaped ranch with access about 3 miles from paved road. The three miles of gravel road is regularly graded. Fenced on three sides. A small portion of the ranch is across this gravel road. No one has access across the main portion of the ranch. Around 120 miles from Musquiz, Coahula, all paved. Musquiz is 90 miles from Piedras Negras, Coah./Eagle Pass, TX.
The ranch has no housing, one rough but passable trail to the mountains and no well and will need the fencing completed. Excellent mule deer browse. Much mariola, lechuguilla, taboso, foxtail, guayacan, cactus and mesquite.
This is very scenic, quiet country. Now that the paving NW of Musquiz is finished, this country will appreciate in value rapidly. The trip from Musquiz to this ranch used to take 4 hours. Now it is a two-hour drive. More land, across the gravel road but contiguous, could be added to this ranch.

1,100 Acres
COAHUILA
1100acs. South of Sabinas on the road to Lake Don Martin. This ranch is approx. 15 minutes from town. Train tracks border this ranch along the main road making it ideal for future commercial development. Could be sold for subdivision development or left as a nice private ranch close to town. I have seen 150 class deer on this ranch several times. Abundant quail and dove as well. One water well on this ranch powered by a windmill. Currently used for wildlife. One of the few ranches in this area with 3 phase electricity available.

35000 Acres. +/-
BOQUILLAS DEL CARMEN, COAHUILA
This is a 350 to 400 head cattle ranch that is in very good mule deer country. It is 12 miles from pavement on very good improved road (40mph) then another 6 miles of washboard. This last 6 miles can easily be corrected with a grader. The ranch can be accessed by this route, by another through a 1/2 mile long tunnel carved through solid rock, or by improved road from the south via the town of Ocampo, Coahuila.
From the border town of Eagle Pass, Texas, driving time will be 5 hours. The ranch itself has a very good road system, many miles of good cross and perimeter fencing, and about 40 dirt water tanks. The north end of the ranch is watered by two wells powered by solar and diesel pumps. The south end is watered strictly by the dirt tanks. There is a fairly new owners home and adequate worker housing, and a large barn and cattle pens. The dirt airstrip can handle large twin engine aircraft. The three full time vaqueros will want to remain. The cattle will not convey. Priced at $1,200,000.00US or $34.28 per acre.
